Concept, Curation & Place-Based Experience .............................. for the Bosch Alumni Forum at Hof Prädikow

The Bosch Alumni Forum is an annual international gathering bringing together members of the Bosch Alumni Network to explore pressing societal questions. In 2026, the forum centred on Resilient Civil Societies and took place at Hof Prädikow, a regenerative community in Brandenburg.

I co-developed the Hof Prädikow programme, curated the place-based experiential framework and co-hosted the three-day gathering. Working closely with the organising team, I translated the forum's overarching theme into a site-specific experience rooted in the people, history and landscape of Hof Prädikow.

The programme wove together multiple local perspectives, conversations on rural transformation, democracy and community resilience, place-based walks, nature listening, storytelling, communal meals and evening rituals. Rather than treating the location as a backdrop, the rural estate itself became an active contributor to the gathering—creating an environment where dialogue, curiosity, trust and collective reflection could unfold naturally.
